The parrot is very smart, it has the vocal mimicry set like us, it helped them evolve a sense of rhythm yes. However we must be realistic and accept that the human is the smarter one here and thus the human is playing the parrots chords, not the other way around. A parrot that can match pitch and rhythm to successfully star in a band sadly hasn't been found yet
