I have a great friend who is a nurse who works in recovery, so she takes care of people after they come out of surgery. She tells me that she gets at least 3 or 4 cases every week of people who have needed surgery due to infections in the hands due to cat bites. Puffy is a lion on the inside. I love his fearlessness.

My Caique bit my lip too one time. He put huge deep cut in it, it was bad. I think he wanted to land on my head or shoulder but missed and latched onto my lip to save himself from falling. That hurt, I just used liquid bandage. I probably should have got stitches but it worked out.
Pufffffffy!! I have had many bloody ear, lip and nose bites from my green cheek Juju years back. The most cuddly but unpredictable little guy. Man, I miss him!!
